WTCC News:

WTCC Students Lend a Holiday Hand

During the month of December, students and staff at the Wayne Technical and Career Center (WTCC) adopted 11 families and donated over $2,000 and 800 pounds of food to the Wayne County Department of Aging and Youth.

The Adopt-a-Family campus wide event, which assisted 51 individuals and 11 families, was organized by students in the Criminal Justice program. Programs and student organizations which adopted a family included: Cosmetology I and II, Criminal Justice, Early Childhood, Health Dimensions and SkillsUSA. Many other programs assisted with the efforts as WTCC students also collected gifts and gently used clothing and blankets for the families. Many of the programs donated various services and items. See full story and additional photos.

Principal's Message

Craig Logan, Principal

Our goal at WTCC is to provide high quality, comprehensive technical and career programs to the high school students living in Wayne County. The achievement of our goal requires collaborative relationships with a variety of partners (Local and Regional Business Leaders, Post Secondary Institutions, The New York State Education Department, Component School Staff, Students and Parents.) Through this network of partnerships our center is confident that our students will be prepared for a successful transition to the next step in their career path whether they choose direct employment or further studies.
